Objective

The objective of this study is to observe changes in gray matter volume and white matter integrity in key focal regions of the brain over time, and associations with changes in behavioral, functional, and cognitive outcomes in Mini-COTES.

Population

The population being studied includes Mini-COTES participants and age and gender matched Healthy Control.

Study Design

This study is a an observational neuroimaging of 3T and 7T imaging scans at Baseline, Post-Training, 6 Month Follow Up (contemporaneous with Mini-COTES appointments).
