Zeinab Mohamud is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, where she majored in Biology, Society, and Environment with minors in Public Health and Sociology. Her research interests focus on healthcare disparities, mental health interventions, and the social determinants of health. Zeinab is currently involved in the EPINET Study in the Vinogradov Lab, where she applies trauma-informed approaches and qualitative research methods. With a passion for public health advocacy, she aims to contribute to evidence-based solutions that improve health outcomes for underserved communities. Zeinab’s long-term goal is to promote health awareness and equity through impactful research and community advocacy.
