While optimistically given the short title of Fall-REP, this project was conducted during the 2020 Spring Semester. This project initially was designed to enroll participants in the University of Minnesota Undergraduate Research Experience Program to provide normative data on several self-report measures and cognitive assessments relevant to Dr. Gerson Guercio's work within the lab. However, after the COVID-19 pandemic started, and the subsequent unrest in the Minneapolis area following the murder of George Floyd, we took the advantage of the unique opportunity to evaluate changes in the measures we collected in this study to determine how the presence of chronic stressors impacted factors of mental health and identify potential predictors of resilience.
